Gourav Sharma is the Founder and Director of Nayaha India Techno Private Limited. A civil and structural engineer by professional background, he holds an M.Tech in Civil Engineering and has completed the Chief Digital Transformation Officer Programme at IIM Indore. His approach to technology is influenced by engineering and systems thinking - identifying structural gaps in real-world processes, understanding why those gaps persist and designing organised systems around them. At Nayaha, he leads product concept, business architecture and strategic direction across the company's digital platforms. His work focuses on converting broad real-world problems into structured, testable and scalable digital systems. He currently leads the product development and strategic direction of Duezaro and DemoCrez.
